Make-in-Minutes Crunchy Marinated Mixed Vegetables Side Dish

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup slightly steamed celery slices (crisp)
1 cup slightly steamed carrot slices (crisp)
1 cup slightly steamed zucchini slices (crisp)
8 oz. Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
Prepare whatever vegetables you wish to use. Experiement with different combinations of vegetables.
To slightly steam celery, carrot and zucchini slices, place in a steamer basket and steam for 1 to 2 minutes (The vegetable slices should still be crisp).
Place vegetables in a deep salad bowl and pour salad dressing over them, stirring well.
Marinate for 24 hours in frefrigerator. Serve in small salad bowls. Keeps well.
Nutrition Tip: To reduce sodium content, use a mix of olive oil and vinegar and fresh herbs of choice or garlic for seasoning.
