Healthy, Tangy and Light Classic Coleslaw with a Twist Recipe

Ingredients:
- 16 oz bag shredded of cabbage with carrots
- 1 can drained pineapple tidbits
Dressing:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
- Whisk dressing ingredients together until well mixed.
- Add cabbage and pineapple and refrigerate until ready to serve.
