- 8 oz. of grilled salmon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Rind/zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- Dash of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- Dash of salt
- Mixed greens
Directions:
- Grill 8 oz. of salmon.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over salmon.
- Serve over bed of mixed greens.
