Chocolate Mint Brownies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

3/4 cup egg substitute or 6 egg whites

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup

Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Frosting

2 cups powdered sugar
-
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
-
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
-
2 tsp. skim milk
-
Few drops of green food coloring (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir all brownie ingredients together just until moistened. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; allow to cool.

Combine frosting ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
