- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 cup low-fat grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine ingredients and pour into a baking dish.
- Bake until bubbly and serve with whole grain crackers or cut up vegetables.
