Pilates
Pilates training is for everyone—men and women, young and old, fit and unfit. This technique works the body’s core muscles in the abdomen and back, where all movement originates.

Private Pilates
Through concentration and precision, focus on placement and alignment, breathing patterns to coordinate body and mind and exercises that strengthen and stabilize the core muscles of the body, Pilates can:
- Increase strength, flexibility and range of motion
- Improve coordination and posture
- Enhance control, grace and body awareness
- Increase vitality, stamina and endurance
- Improve circulation
- Prevent injuries and back pain
Led by certified Pilates instructors, private sessions include exercises on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair as well as mat work exercises on the floor. Specialized pre-natal Pilates is also offered.
Exercise your core in our private or small group (2-4 people) sessions.

Pilates Equipment Classes
Drop in for a small group workout that gets to the core.
In Cooper Fitness Center’s Pilates Equipment Classes, get all the benefits of Pilates training without the commitment of weekly private Pilates sessions.
The hour-long Pilates Equipment Classes incorporate exercises on the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair as well as Pilates matwork on the floor. Each workout varies by class.
Reformer Classes
- Mondays, 12:15 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Fridays, 12:15 p.m.
Tower Classes
- Tuesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Thursdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Sundays, 4 p.m.
Art of Contrology (Mixed Equipment) Classes
- Tuesdays, 4:30 p.m.
- Thursdays, 4:30 p.m.
Pricing
- Small group classes—limited to 4-6 people
- Cooper Fitness Center Members: $40/class
- Non-members: $50/class
Registration
- Cooper Fitness Center Members: Registration opens 28 days prior to the class start time
- Non-members: Registration opens 14 days prior to the class start time
Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the class beginning. If a class is full, you may join our wait list. The small group class fee is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of class.
