SUMMER CAMPS
Fit & Fun Day Camp
Kids Camp: Ages 5-7 | Youth Camp: Ages 8-12
At Cooper Fit & Fun Camp our goal is for each child to play with a purpose. Our mission has a two-fold approach:
- Rooted in Dr. Kenneth Cooper’s core belief in fitness as the foundation for prevention, we aim to create a positive experience with sports, health and nutrition to instill a love for movement at a young age.
- Reaching beyond a child’s physical health, we also strive to foster emotional maturity by actively teaching and encouraging kids to apply our five core character qualities: kindness, teamwork, grit, positivity and respect.
