With everything from sports to non-traditional camp-style games, our seasonal camps keep the kids off the couch and making new friends. Campers enjoy outdoor and indoor activities such as holiday-themed games, capture the flag, nutrition lessons, service projects and more!

Winter Camps

Kids Camp
Ages 5-7

This day camp introduces sports, physically-active camp games and overall wellness through daily fitness, nutrition and developmentally-focused curriculum. Each week incorporates various activities that could include:

  • Sport-specific instruction in tennis, pickleball and yoga, as well as daily opportunities for soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.
  • Games such as relay races, scavenger hunts and memory games
  • Education lessons on nutrition, yoga and character-building pod sessions to help empower campers to make healthy choices and develop their social skills from a young age
  • Special event Fridays and Guest Activity Instructors

Through these activities, our young campers build new skills in teamwork, balance, coordination and social interaction.

Age: Your child must be turning 5 by September 1, 2026, to enroll in Kids Camp. Each camp session is limited to a 10:1 camper-staff ratio.

Time: 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Cost: $315/week; Mini-session (June 29-July 1), $185

Youth Camp
Ages 8-12

This day camp introduces sports, physically-active camp games and overall wellness through daily fitness, nutrition and sport-specific drills from our seasoned experts. Each week incorporates various activities that could include:

  • Sport-specific instruction in tennis/pickleball, martial arts and strength and conditioning, as well as daily opportunities for soccer, basketball, swimming and more
  • Games such as capture the flag, relay races and obstacle course challenges
  • Education lessons on nutrition and character-building pod sessions to encourage campers to develop healthy habits physically and socially, as well as learn how fun fitness can be
  • Special event Fridays and Guest Activity Instructors

Through these activities, our older campers build new skills in agility, balance, coordination, teamwork and critical thinking.

Age: Your child must be turning 8 by September 1, 2026, to enroll in Youth Camp. Each camp session is limited to a 10:1 camper-staff ratio.

Time: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Cost: $400/week; Mini-session (June 29-July 1), $240

Add-On Options

1. Splash Camp (Kids Campers Only; 2:30-4 p.m.)

Immediately following each day of Kids Camp, campers can enjoy a special swim session. Splash Campers will be chaperoned to enjoy extra time in the pool. Limited space due to child-to-counselor ratios.

Must be able to swim 30 feet and have no fear of the water. This is not a swim lesson and floaties are not allowed. Formally trained lifeguards are not present, but CPR-trained counselors are stationed to watch the water. For swim lessons, visit our Youth Swim Lessons page.

$85/week; Mini-session, $55

2. Extended Care Hours

Morning (7:30-9 a.m.): $65/week; Mini-session, $45
Afternoon (4-5:30 p.m.): $65/week; Mini-session, $45 (for Youth Campers and Splash Campers only)

Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to 10 campers per age group per week.

3. Lunch

All campers must bring their lunch each day of camp or purchase lunches for the week from Cedars Woodfire Grill at Cooper Aerobics—our onsite restaurant—for $50/week.

Cedars Lunches

  • Monday: Grilled Cheese
  • Tuesday: Chicken & Pasta
  • Wednesday: Chicken Sautés with Broccoli & Rice
  • Thursday: Kids Wrap with Chicken, Lettuce & Tomato
  • Friday: Teriyaki Bowl
