Cooper Clinic’s Nutrition for Life Digestive Health program is designed for individuals to learn how to manage their digestive issues and conditions to optimize nutrition, reduce symptoms and achieve and maintain good digestive health. Our Digestive Disease Specialist Registered Dietitian Nutritionists have extensive experience and additional training in conditions such as:

  • Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (gas, bloating, pain, constipation, diarrhea)
  • Inflammatory Bowel Diseases – Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s disease
  • SIBO – Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth
  • Gastric motility issues like gastroparesis
  • Food sensitivities and intolerances associated with any above conditions
  • Chronic heartburn
  • Other digestive disorders

Digestive Health Package

Nutrition approaches to improving digestive health may involve eliminating foods and gradually re-introducing them. Some elimination diets can be challenging and may be done in stages.
