Sports are an excellent way to stay active and fit at any age. Work with one of our Cooper Sports Pros to improve your skills, get a great workout or try something new. Private lessons and small group training is available for all skill levels. Our experienced pros will motivate and challenge you to perform your best.

Tennis & Pickleball

Our Racquet Sports Director and Head Tennis Pro Corey Noel and Cooper’s experienced assistant tennis pros offer a complete lineup of tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, leagues and tournaments. From adult tennis drills to pickleball socials to junior tennis clinics and summer camps, we serve up a number of programs to keep you and your family active.

Swimming

Dive into our swim programs for a fun way to learn and grow a skill you can enjoy for a lifetime. Swim Pro Bobby Manning offers private and semi-private lessons for all ages, infants to adults. For members, we also offer a masters swim program for all skill levels.

Golf Performance Training

Coached by a certified Golf Fitness Specialist, perfect your swing and increase your power with Golf Performance Training. The program includes a one-hour consultation and golf fitness assessment.

Martial Arts

With a 10th Degree Black Belt, Cooper Martial Arts Pro Mike Proctor brings more than 50 years of martial arts experience to Cooper Fitness Center. In group or private sessions Mike instructs Karate, Jujitsu Kobudo, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and Self-Defense.
