Assessment Week: Balance
April 20-24

Balance is the foundation of moving well—especially as we age. Complete our Balance assessment—evaluating your stability, core control, sensory orientation and more—and receive corrective exercises to help you improve. (20-minute session)

  • Monday, April 20: 10:30 a.m.-noon, 2-4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, April 21: 9:30-11 a.m., 2-5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 22: 8-11 a.m., 1-2 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 23: 9:30-11:30 a.m., 4-6 p.m.
  • Friday, April 24: 10:30 a.m.-noon, 3-6 p.m.

Interactive Balance Workshop
Tuesday, April 14, 2:45 p.m. 

Balance training is an essential part of a well-rounded exercise routine. Join Professional Fitness Trainer Carla Sottovia as she guides you through effective exercises to improve stability, coordination and posture. Participants will also receive a complimentary bottle of Cooper Complete Calcium Citrate to support bone health.

Nutrition & Osteoporosis Brunch & Learn

About 10 million Americans have osteoporosis, and 44 million more have low bone density—raising their risk of fractures and falls. Member Georgia Kostas Nichols, MPH, RDN—former Nutrition Director at Cooper Clinic—will share nutrition strategies to help strengthen your bones and lower your risk.
