Assessment Week: Blood Work
February 9-13, 6-11 a.m.

Gain insight into your health risks and have a baseline for improvement—schedule your Cooper Quest® Blood Work assessment today. The finger-prick test measures your HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose. Fasting for 10-12 hours is required.

Community Walk + Fleet Feet
Wednesday, February 4, 9 a.m.

Walk and talk with fellow members on our outdoor track, try out shoes from Fleet Feet and enjoy breakfast provided by Cedars Woodfire Grill. Following the walk, stop by the Fleet Feet table in the lobby to talk with Altra® and Brooks shoe reps.

Lecture: Heart Smart: Train Like a Cardio Pro
Monday, February 9, 2 p.m.

Step up your cardio performance. In this interactive lecture, Cardio Pro Jonny Wright will discuss the benefits of cardio exercise and heart rate tracking as well as demonstrate dynamic warm-ups. Stock up on energy bars, electrolytes, gels and more!

CPR Training
Wednesday, February 18, 10 a.m.-noon (session full)

Be prepared for an emergency—get CPR certified. Learn the procedures to help save a life if a person’s breathing or heart stops.

Lecture: Understanding Your Blood Work Results 
Friday, February 20, noon

You’ve completed your blood work—now let’s break it down. Nina Radford, MD, FACC, Cooper Clinic Cardiologist, will help you understand your cholesterol and blood sugar results, outline healthy ranges and share tips to improve your numbers.
