Sound Bath

Enjoy a meditative sound bath to help relax muscles, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Sound waves are produced by healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, percussion, chimes and even the human voice. Led by Christina “CC” Campo, a Sound Healing and Sound Therapy Accredited Practitioner.
Coffee and Community Social
Monday, May 18, 10-11:30 a.m.
Catered breakfast and coffee with a guest speaker from the Center for BrainHealth, Erin Venza, PhD, CCC-SLP. Our brains start to decline as early as our 20-30s; cognitive neuroscience research has shown us that decline is not inevitable if we practice brain-healthy strategies.

Gratitude Through Movement
May 4-31
During Mental Health Awareness Month, participate in our Gratitude Through Movement Challenge! Move your body and reflect on something you are grateful for during that time. Complete 25 or more days to earn a prize.
