Try Our Vegetarian Hummus Dip and Spread with Olive Oil Recipe

Ingredients
- 1-15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 T crushed garlic (jar or fresh)
- 1⁄4 cup light olive oil olive oil
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T tahini (sesame seed paste; optional)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Tip:
Serve over Greek yogurt along with fresh berries for a high protein breakfast.
Directions
- Place all of the above ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Serve with sliced cucumbers or whole grain pita!
