Apple Crisp for Two
Incredibly easy to make and perfectly portioned for two. Fall in love with this delicious, sweet apple crisp dessert!

- 2 apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour, divided
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Coat a 2-cup microwave-safe baking dish and individual ramekins with cooking spray.
- In the baking dish, combine apples, 1 tsp. flour and 1 tsp. sugar; mix well.
- Microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes or until apples are soft.
- Combine apples with brown sugar, remaining flour and butter; mix well.
- Add oats into mixture; mix well.
- Spoon mixture into individual ramekins.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with frozen yogurt, if desired.
