When training a client in Pilates, Laura focuses on improving their:
- Self-awareness. By educating her clients about their body, she helps empower them to move more efficiently, strategically and wisely in any type of exercise they do.
- Stability and balance. By developing stability and balance—the foundation for all physical tasks—you decrease your risk for injury and increase your ability to achieve your desired physical and life goals.
- Whole person wellness. In Laura’s words, “there is a beautiful connection between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.” In Pilates, she refers to this as the balance of mind, body and spirit.
