7-Layer Mexican Dip
A quick and easy crowd-pleaser. Bring this healthy appetizer to your next get-together with friends and family.

Ingredients :
- 1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
- 2 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. fat-free sour cream
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 16 oz. guacamole
- 12 oz. picante sauce
- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions :
- Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a 13 x 9 inch dish, layer refried beans, sour cream mixture, guacamole and picante sauce.
- Top layers with shredded cheddar cheese, diced fresh tomatoes, 3/4 cup chopped green onions and 1/2 cup black olives.
