Ingredients :
- 1 large onion, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions :
- Place onion on piece of foil. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
