Ingredients :
- 1 small baking apple
- 2 oz. of diet soda or orange juice
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions :
- Wash and core the apple(s).
- Pare a strip of peeling from the top of each apple and discard.
- Place the apple(s) in a baking dish, pour soda or juice over the apple(s).
- Sprinkle the top of the apple with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
