Horseradish Crusted Salmon

- 20 oz. salmon filet
 - ¼ cup Panko bread crumbs
 - 1 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
 - 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
 - Cover baking sheet with foil. Place salmon filet skin side down on baking sheet.
 - In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs, horseradish, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
 - Spoon herb mixture evenly over salmon and gently press with finger tips or spoon to help it adhere.
 - Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
