Keep your kids active with three sports in one—triathlon training.

Youth Triathlon Training + Race
Saturdays, September 27-October 25
1-2:30 p.m.
Ages 8-13
Coached by Swim Pro Bobby Manning, the five-week program focuses on:
- Improving swimming, biking and running techniques
- Goal setting
- Race preparation
Race Day, October 25
1 p.m.
- 200-yard swim in Cooper Hotel pool
- 6-mile bike in Cooper Clinic North parking lot
- 1-mile run on outdoor track
$375 (training + race)
No race experience required. Must be able to swim 50 yards unassisted. Individual sessions available upon request.
