Martial Arts
Perfect for any age and fitness level, martial arts is practiced for a number of reasons, including self-defense, competition, physical health and fitness, relaxation and more. Cooper Fitness Center’s group and private lessons are led by Martial Arts Pro Mike Proctor, a 10th Degree Black Belt with 50+ years of experience.

Wednesdays, 6-7:30 p.m.
Adults and Children

Advanced Level Only
Saturdays, 2:30-4:00 p.m.

$150/month for Cooper Fitness Center members
$165/month for non-members
