Enjoy a morning walk and great conversation with fellow members. Whether you choose to walk a few laps or a longer distance, all fitness levels are welcome.

Build-Your-Own Bouquet
Wednesday, August 5, 10:30 a.m.-noon

To brighten your day or share with someone special, create a small floral arrangement at our flower bar in the lobby. Select your favorite blooms and greenery.

Children’s Health Blanket Craft Social
Thursday, August 27, noon

Bring a friend and join us to craft a no-sew fleece blanket to donate to patients at Children’s Health. Connect with others while helping provide comfort to children during their hospital stay.

Social Connectedness Lecture
Friday, August 28, 2 p.m.

Strong social connections are linked to better cognitive function, emotional well-being and overall health. Kim Allen, MD, Cooper Clinic Preventive Medicine Physician, will discuss why relationships matter and offer simple strategies for strengthening your support network.
