Stop by the booth in the lobby to ask Meridan Zerner and Cooper Clinic’s registered dietitian nutritionists your nutrition questions. While you’re there, grab a healthy snack and recipes and enter to win a raffle prize.

Build a Better Breakfast Bar
Tuesday, March 4, 8-10 a.m. (come & go)

Start your day off right with a nutritious breakfast parfait. You can customize it to your liking with berries, nuts and more.

The popularity of weight loss injectables has skyrocketed the last three years since the first FDA-approved weight loss injectable went on the market. Kirstin Taylor, Cooper Clinic Nutrition Director, will discuss the various products available, how they work, their side effects and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Nutrition Bingo

Brush up on your nutrition knowledge while playing an interactive game of bingo. Join Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Meridan Zerner and play for prizes.

Healthy Happy Hour
Wednesday, March 26, 5-6:30 p.m.
