Play to win wellness prizes while learning post-workout recovery techniques as well as tips to build long-term recovery habits such as prioritizing sleep.

Children’s Health Blanket Craft Social
Tuesday, September 22, noon

Bring a friend and join us to craft a no-sew fleece blanket to donate to patients at Children’s Health. Connect with others while helping provide comfort to children during their hospital stay. (rescheduled from August)

Challenge

Myzone® MEPs Series: Green Zone Challenge
September 1-30

This month’s goal centers around the Myzone Green Zone—70-79% of your maximum heart rate (moderate-intensity physical activity). Exercising in the Green Zone builds your aerobic capacity and elevates your anaerobic threshold, which increases your ability to work at higher intensities for longer periods without fatigue. Earn 1,000 Green Zone MEPs in September to be entered to win a prize.
