Small Group Pilates Classes
Drop in for a small group workout that gets to the core.
In Cooper Fitness Center’s Small Group Pilates Classes, get all the benefits of Pilates training without the commitment of weekly private Pilates sessions.
The hour-long Small Group Pilates Classes incorporate exercises on Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair and Pilates matwork on the floor. Each workout varies by class.
Reformer Classes - Mondays, 12:15 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Fridays, 12:15 p.m.
Tower Classes - Tuesdays, 12:15 p.m.
- Thursdays, 12:15 p.m.
Small Group Reformer and Tower Classes are held in the Cooper Fitness Center Pilates Studio.
Pricing- Small group classes—limited to 4 people
- Cooper Fitness Center Members: $40/class
- Non-members: $50/class
