Group Exercise
With more than 100 exercise classes per week—including indoor cycling, yoga, mat Pilates, barre, boot camp, cardio dance and more—Cooper Fitness Center has something for everyone. Mix up your workout routine. Challenge yourself. Have fun.

Personal Training
Combining the latest research in the exercise science industry with proven techniques, our Professional Fitness Trainers can design a safe and effective workout for you. You have the most experienced Professional Fitness Trainers in the country right at your fingertips.

Small Group Training
If you’re looking for the accountability, motivation and high energy you get from working out with a small group, plus the individualized attention you receive from personal training, Small Group Training (SGT) is for you. Utilizing the Precor® Queenax™, SGT includes strength and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts.

Pilates
Pilates stems from the core and works on muscle control, breathing, strength and flexibility. Beneficial to all—men and women, young and old, fit and unfit—private and small group Pilates training is available. The workouts incorporate the Reformer, Tower and other Pilates equipment as well as matwork exercises.

Female Focus
A community of women focused on fitness—that’s our one-of-a kind Female Focus program. Through the program’s small group training sessions, nutrition talks and fitness assessments, hundreds of women have gained the tools needed to maximize their wellness. Individualized attention is given to health issues such as osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes and arthritis/fibromyalgia as well as weight loss.

Move.Laugh.Connect.
Designed to extend your functional years, Move.Laugh.Connect. (MLC) incorporates activities that enhance joint mobility, motor control and muscular endurance as well as embrace humor. The MLC program is for adults with limited mobility and adults who want to improve their brain health and fitness.

Muscle Activation Techniques®
