Jordan Harmon, RDN, LD, a Cooper Clinic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals through realistic, preventive strategies. She particularly enjoys working with patients who are managing digestive disorders including IBS, constipation, diarrhea, GERD, celiac disease, food allergies/intolerances and more. She has completed specialized training in the low FODMAP diet through Monash University. Jordan believes there is always hope. She loves to help patients better understand their digestive symptoms and feel empowered with personalized, evidence-based strategies to experience relief and greater quality of life.
Prior to joining Cooper Clinic, she worked as a Campus Registered Dietitian for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Washington, DC. She led the university food allergy dining program and worked directly with athletics, health services and student government to support campus wellness through individual nutrition counseling and group education. Her experience also includes work as a clinical dietitian at Inova Alexandria Hospital.
Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Jordan completed her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Clemson University. During her time at Clemson, Jordan was directly involved with the Clemson University Sports Nutrition Department, where she combined her passion both athletics and nutrition by helping athletes in fueling themselves for their sport.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys being in the sunshine playing tennis, pickleball and other sports with friends. She also loves to hike, travel, read and worship with her local church community.
