Carolyn M Terry – Preventive Medicine Physician 

Dr. Carolyn Terry is a preventive medicine physician at Cooper Clinic. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Terry completed her internship and residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Hospital and Dallas VA Medical Center. She is certified as a Diplomat by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
