Ngocmy Nguyen, MS, RDN, LD, a Cooper Clinic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, aims to help clients rediscover their love for food while achieving their nutrition goals. Her experience includes working in acute-care hospital-based nutrition as well as private nutrition practice providing counseling for weight loss, high cholesterol, diabetes, IBS/IBD and other health conditions.
Ngocmy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of New Mexico. She then completed a combined Master of Science in Family Consumer Sciences and Dietetic Internship at New Mexico State University. Ngocmy is active in community nutrition and has a special interest in working with children and teens.
At the age of 10 Ngocmy’s love for food began with her dream of becoming a pastry chef in Paris. She enjoys taking cooking classes, developing new recipes, exploring new restaurants and cuisines as well as being outdoors rock climbing and hiking.
