Janelle Escayg-Uylett, PHR

Janelle Escayg-Uylett is Vice President of Human Resources for Cooper Aerobics. Prior to joining the Cooper team in 2026, Janelle worked for Witherite Law Group as VP of Human Resources, Downtown Dallas as Senior Director, People Operations and Houston Zoo as HR Manager. Her 10-plus years of experience includes leading HR strategy, operations and culture and partnering with executives to drive leadership development and engagement programs.

Janelle is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from University of Houston. She also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University and Master of Business Administration focusing on international business and management information systems from University of St. Thomas in Houston.
