Kim Haven, SHRM-SCP – Vice President, Human Resources

Kim Haven is Vice President of Human Resources for Cooper Aerobics. Haven has 20 years’ experience in human resources and leadership, including five years in health care. Prior to joining Cooper in 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources, she worked for Advantis Medical Staffing and Haven Health Care as VP of Human Resources leading HR teams to grow and transform company talent, with extensive training in crisis intervention and advocacy for mental health awareness.

Haven is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources management from Boise State University.
