Super Seasoned and Savory Baked Cauliflower Floret Bites

- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut up into small florets, approximately 4 cups)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place small florets in a one-gallon resealable plastic bag along with the olive oil, minced garlic, turmeric, lemon juice and garlic. Shake until well coated.
- Pour the florets on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, sea salt and pepper.
- Bake for 40 minutes until desired texture.
