How it Started

about us

What seems commonplace today was groundbreaking back in 1968 when Kenneth H. Cooper, MD, MPH, transformed the field of medicine with his emphasis on disease prevention; and ignited the modern fitness revolution with his international best-selling book Aerobics.

Today Dr. Cooper and his son, Tyler Cooper, MD, MPH, have expanded their healthy-living mission at the Cooper Aerobics headquarters in Dallas to provide a variety of facilities, products and services for individuals and corporations.

We’ve Taken Fitness to a Whole New Level

FOR A HEALTHIER YOU

Committed to providing our members and guests the best in fitness, we have expanded our state-of-the-art fitness center adding 6,000 square feet of dedicated space for cardio and strength training. Designed with our beautiful 30-acre grounds in mind, the expansive windows allow for a scenic workout among the trees and a healthier perspective. In addition to this new indoor space, we have also added four outdoor pickleball courts next to our tennis courts.
