Cooper Fitness Center is now open at 50% capacity in accordance with state and local guidelines. Regular hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 5 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 5:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

In addition to the preventive measures we have already taken and in the event of a known COVID-19 exposure, Cooper Aerobics Center follows the guidelines set by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the state of Texas.

Teen Fitness 101

Energize your teen with healthy exercise habits, specially-designed for ages 13-15—beginning to intermediate fitness levels.

  • Identify your zone for ideal fitness
