Kids in the Kitchen
Ages 5-13

Come cook with us! Your child prepares delicious, nutritious foods while learning healthy cooking skills. Each class features different recipes—from kid-friendly entrées to snacks and desserts. Each class also includes fun crafts and games that go along with the theme. Led by Meridan Zerner, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD, CHWC, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, the classes are held inside Cedars Woodfire Grill at Cooper Fitness Center.
