GROUP YOUTH PROGRAMS (excluding Summer Camps)

Refund/Cancellation/Make-up Policy

If you cancel your registration at least 16 days in advance of the program start date, you will be refunded the full amount, or you may reschedule your program based on availability at no additional cost. Cancellations within 15 days of the program start date are not refunded.

To provide more individualized attention and maintain a low student-teacher ratio, we limit the number of participants in each youth program. Therefore, make-up classes or credits for missed classes are not given.

With programs that do not meet the minimum number of participants required we may adjust the program dates and/or times or cancel the program. Refunds will be issued accordingly.


Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your child's registration at least 14 days prior to the session start date, you will be refunded 50% of your total enrollment cost.

Cancellations within 13 days of the session’s start date are non-refundable.

If you have any extenuating circumstances that cause you to cancel within 13 days of the session’s start date, email and we will address refunds on a case-by-case basis.


Martial Arts and Tennis Private Lessons

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full fee for individual private and semi-private lessons.

Tennis Junior Clinics
Make-up Policy: In order to maintain a consistent student-teacher ratio, make-up classes or credits due to illness or other reasons are not given. If a participant is going to miss a class, he/she may attend another class on a different day within the same session given instructor approval and space availability.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not given for missed classes.

Bad Weather Policy: In case of rain or the temperature/wind chill being below 40 degrees, a decision to cancel classes will be made one hour prior to the start of class. The Tennis Pro will send an email to the class participants letting them know class is cancelled and will also alert the Cooper Fitness Center Service Desk. If no email has been sent, class will be held as scheduled. If a class is cancelled for weather, a class will be added at the end of the session.


Cancellation/Refund Policy
Private and Semi-Private Lessons: A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full fee.

Bad Weather Policy
Lessons will be cancelled for inclement weather including:

  • Lightning within 10 miles
  • Wind chill below 68 degrees (kids 5 and under)
  • Other conditions per the Swim Pro's discretion for swim safety

No fee will be charged when a lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather.
