Youth Triathlon Training
Keep your kids active with three sports in one—triathlon training. The six-week program focuses on:
- Improving swimming, biking and running techniques
- Goal setting
- Race preparation
No race experience required. Coached by Swim Pro Marni Kerner, an experienced triathlete.
Participants receive a Cooper Youth T-shirt and medal upon completing the training.

Open to members and the public
Have previously registered for a Cooper youth program
