Cooper Weight Loss is a comprehensive, clinically-sound program like no other. Led by experts at Cooper Aerobics, the program is customized with you and for you.
The three-month program includes:
- Resting metabolic rate (RMR) test
- Body fat percentage analysis
- Lab work (pre- and post-program blood work)
- Consultation with a Behavior Change Counselor
