Chocolate Mint Brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup egg substitute or 6 egg whites
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 16 oz. can chocolate syrup
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Frosting
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 tsp. skim milk
- A few drops of green food coloring (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir all brownie ingredients together until just combined.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes then, allow to cool.
- Combine frosting ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
