Nearly Nonfat Crustless Apple and Sweet Potato Pie with Raisins

Ingredients:
- 1 pound sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of nonfat milk
- ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp. allspice
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 4 apples, sliced and seeded
Directions:
- Bake sweet potatoes in 350 degree oven until done (approximately 1 hour).
- Remove skin from potatoes and mash potatoes with milk, yogurt, spices and raisins. Set aside.
- Place sliced apples in baking dish, which as been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.
- Top apple slices with potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
