Private Lessons
Catered to your fitness needs and goals, Jonny Wright provides guided training for improving overall cardiovascular fitness levels, running, race preparation (5K, half/full marathon, triathlon, etc.) and power training. Sessions may include:
- Evaluation of form
- Technique development
- Warm-up routine
- Corrective exercises
- Heart rate training

Small Group Programs
In addition to private lessons, Jonny leads small group programs for adults and youth.
- Small Group Training (SGT)—weekly Strength classes
- SGT Tennis Performance Training—off-court fitness training to improve tennis performance offered in January/February and August/September
- SGT Train to Trot - Beginner to Finisher—running/race training program offered in October/November
- Youth Performance Camp—athletic performance training for ages 8-16 offered during spring break, summer and winter break
