Susan Richards – Patient Advocate to Dr. Lilly

With 15-plus years in health care—from administrative to medical technician—Susan joined the Platinum team in 2021. She previously worked in Cooper Clinic’s billing department for five years and has a degree in business administration. Susan and her husband spend much of their free time traveling to watch their daughters play competitive soccer.
