Nutritious and Savory Seasoned Pumpkin Seeds Snack Recipe

2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted Promise Activ (or trans fat free margarine)
1 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together and spread out on a shallow baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring occassionaly.
