Sunrise Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups sparkling mineral water
  • Ice cubes, as desired

Directions:

  1. Puree frozen strawberries in food processor.
  2. Mix with orange juice and freeze until just firm.
  3. Before serving, add mineral water and pour over ice cubes.
