Banana Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.9 oz. box) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1/2 box Nilla Wafers


Directions:

  1. Whisk pudding mix into cold milk in medium bowl for two minutes.
  2. Pour at once into sandwich size plastic Ziploc bag.
  3. Slice banana into 10 ½-inch slices.
  4. Crush 10 Nilla Wafers in separate plastic bag using rolling pin.
  5. Place one banana slice on top of vanilla wafer; squeeze a layer of pudding (approximately 1 Tbsp.) and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
