1 (3.9 oz. box) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold skim milk
3 large bananas
1/2 box Nilla Wafers
Whisk pudding mix into cold milk in medium bowl for two minutes.
Pour at once into sandwich size plastic Ziploc bag.
Slice banana into 10 ½-inch slices.
Crush 10 Nilla Wafers in separate plastic bag using rolling pin.
Place one banana slice on top of vanilla wafer; squeeze a layer of pudding (approximately 1 Tbsp.) and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
