Tangy and Sweet Low-Calorie Rice Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 3 pkg. Splenda
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing Mix (1/2 of package)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Refrigerate until needed.
  4. Whisk before serving.
  5. Make your favorite salad. Add dressing and toss.

Note: A little bit of this dressing goes a long way! We toss the dressing with the salad instead of serving on the side. Using this technique in our cooking schools allows us to serve 10 people a side salad.
