Cooper's Simple Dijon Marinated, Oven Roasted Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. salmon filet (bones removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a sheet pan with heavy duty foil. Remove filet from refrigerator and place skin side down on foil.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over filet. Salt and pepper to taste. Let salmon rest at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes per inch. Cut into four pieces. Serve with Simple Salmon Sauce.
