Simple Salmon and Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon filets (bones removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a sheet pan with heavy duty foil. Remove filet from refrigerator and place skin side down on foil.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly on filet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let salmon rest at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes per inch or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  6. Cut into four pieces and serve with Simple Salmon Sauce (recipe below).

Simple Salmon Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Fage® 0% Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 4 drops Tabasco® sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
