Healthy Curried Chicken Wrap with Diced Celery and Onions

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayo
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly except for tortillas.
  2. Divide mixture among the four tortillas.
  3. Wrap and serve!

Yield: 4 wrap sandwiches
