Healthy Curried Chicken Wrap with Diced Celery and Onions

Curry chicken wrap

 

 

 

 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken (pre-cooked such as rotisserie works great)
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayo
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas.
  2. Divide mixture among the four tortillas.
  3. Wrap and serve!
