Blackberry Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed  
  • ¼ cup flour  
  • ¾ cup oatmeal, dry  
  • ¼ cup margarine, melted  
  • Frozen nonfat yogurt (optional)  

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place blackberries in a 2-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over blackberries.
  4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with frozen yogurt if desired.
