Blackberry crunch in casserole dish

 

 

 

 


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed  
  • 1/4 cup flour  
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal, dry  
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted  
  • Frozen nonfat yogurt (optional)  

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the blackberries in a 2-quart baking dish evenly.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over blackberries.
  4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with frozen yogurt if desired.
