Nearly Nonfat Crustless Apple and Sweet Potato Pie with Raisins

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup of nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. allspice
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 4 apples, sliced and seeded

Directions:

  1. Bake sweet potatoes in 350 degree oven until done (approximately 1 hour).
  2. Remove skin from potatoes and mash potatoes with milk, yogurt, spices and raisins. Set aside.
  3. Place sliced apples in baking dish, which as been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.
  4. Top apple slices with potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
