Cinnamon Bread French Toast with Vanilla and Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/16 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 3 slices cinnamon bread

Directions:

  1. Combine first six ingredients and beat well.
  2. Pour mixture into baking dish and add bread. Coat bread with mixture.
  3. Spray teflon skillet with Pam. Add bread and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
