  • Push-ups - 15 to 20 repetitions
  • Kettlebell Squats - 15 to 20 repetitions
  • Lunging Kettlebell Pulls - 15 to 20 repetitions
  • Crunch-To-Ball Grab - 15 to 20 repetitions
  • Skiers- 30 to 45 seconds
